Application Terms and Conditions

■ Introduction

If you are applying for the "Ticket Release Celebration! Rickshaw Outing Campaign" (hereinafter "this Campaign") sponsored by JORUDAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "our company"), please read the following carefully and agree to it before applying. By applying for this Campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

■ Campaign details and participation conditions

・This campaign is for those who purchase and start using Jorudan Mobile Ticket's "Always Asakusa! Annual Passport 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "this ticket") early to win either a 30-minute "Tokyo Rikisha" rickshaw ticket (for one person) or a 1,000 yen digital gift card as a gift to use in Asakusa.
・Participation is limited to prizes shipped to people within Japan. ・The number of winners is limited to 80, with a maximum of 40 winners each for rickshaw tickets and digital gift cards.
・The campaign will run from Monday, February 9, 2026 to Saturday, March 14, 2026.

■ How to apply

1）Purchase the ticket on the Norikae Annai mobile ticket sales page.
*These tickets will go on sale from Monday, February 9th.
*To purchase, you will need to download the Norikae Annai app and register as a member (free of charge), or log in if you are already registered.
2）Activate your ticket by Saturday, March 14th (press the start use button).
*Activation will not be possible until Saturday, February 28th, as this is before the start of use period. Please note.
3）Application complete (automatic reflection)

■ Winner

・Only the winner will be contacted via the email address registered at the time of purchase.
・We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the lottery results.
・If your ticket is canceled, your application will be invalid. Please check the ticket sales page (released on February 9th) for cancellation information.
・Rickshaw tickets will be mailed as paper tickets, and digital gift cards will be emailed as electronic cards.
・Prizes are scheduled to be shipped by the end of March 2026. Please note that there may be delays due to various circumstances.

■ Other notes

・Rickshaw ticket expiration date: The validity period of the purchased ticket (until February 28, 2027).
・The winner will be responsible for transportation costs to the location (Asakusa) and accommodation costs when using the rickshaw ticket. In addition, if additional options or extension fees not included in the ticket are incurred, they must be paid by the winner.
・This campaign is sponsored by JORDAN Co., Ltd. Digital gift cards are equivalent to Amazon gift cards, but Amazon is not a sponsor of this campaign.
・You cannot choose the contents of the prize.

■ Prohibitions

The following actions are prohibited when applying for this campaign.
- Prohibition on resale or transfer of prizes: It is strictly prohibited to transfer or exchange prizes (rickshaw tickets, digital gift cards, etc.) to a third party, or to resell them on internet auctions, flea market apps, etc. If any of these actions are discovered, your win will be invalidated and you may be asked to return the prize.
- Prohibition on fraudulent applications: If it is discovered that the same person has applied using multiple email addresses, or that an automated program has been used to make a fraudulent application, all applications and winning rights will be invalidated.
- Other Actions that are contrary to public order and morals, actions that violate laws and regulations, or actions that our company (JORUDAN Co., Ltd.) deems inappropriate.

■ Handling of personal information

Personal information collected during this campaign (such as address, name, phone number, and email address) will only be used to confirm your entry, respond to inquiries, select winners, send prizes to winners, and contact you to confirm your eligibility for this campaign. Personal information provided will be managed and used appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and our company's privacy policy (https://www.jorudan.co.jp/company/privacy.html). Other than for the purposes stated above, personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless the applicant or winner has given their consent, or when disclosure is required under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. We may outsource some of our personal information handling operations within the scope of the above purposes.
